Rescuer No. 89 is an intensely warming massage balm designed for use on areas such as the back, shoulders, arms, and legs. The formula combines vitamin PP (niacinamide) and capsicum (red pepper extract) to provide a warming sensation that helps relax muscles after physical activity.
