How to Use

Massage:
Mix 6–8 drops with 1–2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g. almond, olive).

Bath:
Add 6–8 drops mixed with an emulsifier (milk, honey, salt). Duration: 10–20 minutes.

Aromatherapy (oil burner):
Add 3–6 drops with water.
For children’s rooms: 1–2 drops is sufficient.

Cosmetic enrichment:
Add 4–6 drops per 10 ml of base product (cream, lotion, tonic).

Compatibility

Blends well with: cinnamon and other citrus essential oils.
