How to Use

Massage:

Add 5–7 drops mixed with an emulsifier (milk, honey, salt).

Add 2–3 drops to hot water and inhale.

Rinse:
Dilute 3–5 drops in 100 ml of water.

Aromatherapy:
Use in an oil burner or diffuser to freshen indoor air.

Compatibility

Blends well with: lavender, rosemary, cypress, eucalyptus, citrus oils.
