The gel is suitable for use after physical activity, strain, or as part of a massage routine.

Suggested Use

Apply a thin layer to the desired area 2–3 times daily.
Massage gently until fully absorbed.

Can also be used as a massage gel.
Typical use period: 3–4 weeks. Repeat if needed.
