Callisia fragrans contains potent flavonoids (rutin, quercetin, kaempferol) along with minerals like iron, copper, and chromium. These compounds help strengthen blood vessels, improve microcirculation, and enhance the action of vitamin C. Known for their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, flavonoids also accelerate healing of wounds, bruises, and burns.

Chondroitin sulfate is a structural component of cartilage tissue. It supports joint regeneration, prevents cartilage breakdown, and improves joint cushioning.

How to Use
