How to Use

Cosmetic enrichment:
Mix 4–6 drops with 15 ml of base product (cream, lotion, shampoo).

Massage:
Mix 3–6 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.

Bath:
Add 4–7 drops mixed with an emulsifier (milk, honey, salt).

Inhalation:
Add 2–3 drops to hot water and inhale for 3–5 minutes.

Aromatherapy (oil burner):
Add 3–5 drops with water.

Sauna:
Add 5–10 drops to hot water and place in the steam room.

Compatibility

Blends well with: lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, cinnamon, orange, pine, mandarin, cedar.
