How to Use

Inhalation:
Pour hot water (~90°C) into a vessel or inhaler, add:

• 1 teaspoon of baking soda

• 3–5 drops of oil blend

Inhale deeply through nose and mouth for 3–10 minutes (eyes closed).

Tonsil application:
Mix 3–5 drops with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Apply using a swab 2 times daily.

Rinse:
Add 2 drops to 1 glass of warm boiled water.
Rinse 3–4 times daily.
