How to Use

Bath:
Mix 10–15 drops with honey, milk, or sea salt and add to a bath (37–38°C).
Use 2–3 times per week for 15–20 minutes.

Nasal application (diluted):
Dilute the oil blend with sea buckthorn oil in a ratio of 1:20.
Apply 5 drops into each nostril and gently inhale.
Use 2 times daily.
