The Ukrainian town of Nizhyn has been famous for its vegetable and fruit preserves for three centuries. They owe their unique taste to healing water from protected springs and recipes that have been proven for centuries. The company uses several separate modern and technologically advanced production lines: two lines for marinades, two for salads, one for caviar and one for juices. The plant also has three marinating lines and two packaging lines for marinades and salads. All factory equipment was purchased from the best manufacturers in Germany, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria and Ukraine.
