How to Use

Brush teeth for 3 minutes at least twice a day (morning and evening), preferably after each meal.
For children under 6 years old: use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize the risk of swallowing. Consult a dentist or doctor if taking fluoride from other sources.
