Lime essential oil Aromatica is extracted by steam distillation from the peel of real or sour lime fruits (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle), belonging to the Rue family (Rutaceae). How to Use

• Cosmetic Enrichment: Add 2–5 drops to 10–15 g (ml) of base oil, cream, tonic, shampoo, conditioner, or mask.

• Massage: Mix 4–6 drops with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, peach, grape seed) or cream.

• Baths: Add 4–6 drops pre-mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt) to a bath at 37–38 °C. Soak for 10–20 minutes.

• Bath & Sauna Aromatisation: Dilute 4–6 drops in 500 ml water and apply on hot stones.

• Room Aromatisation: Add 4–6 drops to an aroma lamp filled with water or apply on a napkin/hot water cup placed near a radiator. Duration: 15–30 minutes.

Caution

• For external use only.

• Conduct a patch test to avoid overdose or allergic reactions.

• If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Possible photosensitivity: do not apply to skin within 60 minutes before sun exposure.

Storage

Store in a tightly closed container, away from children, at temperatures not exceeding +25 °C. Avoid direct sunlight.
