How to Use

Cosmetic Enrichment: Add 3–5 drops to 10 g (or ml) of base product (cream, toner, lotion, shampoo, etc.).

Massage: Mix 5–8 drops with 1 tablespoon of base oil (e.g., almond, olive, wheat germ) or cream.

Baths: Add 5–8 drops to 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea salt), then dissolve in a warm bath (37–38 °C). Soak for 10–15 minutes.

Sauna: Add 5–10 drops to a container of hot water and place on the upper rack of the steam room.

Room Fragrance: Use 5–7 drops in an aroma lamp with water. Alternatively, apply to a napkin or add to hot water and place on a radiator.
