Iodized Pink Himalayan Rose Salt Coarse Grade, Intenson

Himalayan salt is the healthiest and cleanest salt available on earth with a structure similar to the diamond structure. It is extracted by hand at the foot of the Himalayas. In addition to the sodium chloride necessary for the proper functioning of the body contains m.in. iodine, magnesium, zinc, iron and calcium.

Strengthens and detoxifies the body by eliminating toxins and balancing the body's pH.

To use: Use as traditional salt.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends that the daily dose of salt for an adult should not exceed 5g (teaspoon) from all sources (including salt contained in food).
