Guarana Ground, Intenson
It has strong stimulating properties due to the high caffeine content (about 2.5 g / 100g). Can be drunk in conjunction with drinks, juices, cocktails.
It does not dissolve in water, so it should not be sprinkled with e.g. yerba mate, because it will remain in the coffee grounds. People with arterial hypertension should not use it because it raises blood pressure.

How to use: 1 teaspoon per glass of drink (the proportion should be increased or decreased depending on the resistance to caffeine and body weight).
