Flax is one of the longest-grown edible plants. Ground flax is obtained from a special variety of golden flax. It is an ideal addition to a daily, balanced diet.
It is characterized by a high content of dietary fiber and protein.
Suggested use:
use as an addition to soups, sauces, cocktails, muesli, etc. Eat as gruel: pour 1 tablespoon of ground flax into 3/4 cup of hot water. Wait a few minutes, stirring frequently until the consistency of a gruel.
You can eat it up to 2-3 times a day with the addition of milk, fruit, juices, yoghurt, honey, you can also sweeten or salt it.
