Properties

How to use

► Weathered, flaky skin on the hands and rough elbows will help mask with sour cream. To fat slightly heated sour cream (1 tbsp.) add essential oils: myrrh - 5 drops, geranium and orange 3 drops each, mix and apply to hands and elbows, keep for half an hour and wash off with warm water.
►  Massage:  For general massage 4-6 drops of geranium essential oil mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil-base or cream of your choice. For head massage geranium essential oil is mixed with base oil in the ratio 1:3.
► Baths: In a filled bath (37-38 ° C) add 4-6 drops of geranium essential oil previously mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt). The procedure time is 10-15 min.
► Sauna: To aromatise the air in the bath and sauna by applying 3-5 drops of geranium essential oil to the heated stones, dilute in 500 ml of water.
► Fragrance: Geranium essential oil perfectly deodorises the room. Add 3-5 drops (per 15m²) of geranium essential oil or its mixture with other oils to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. The aroma will fill the room. In the absence of an aroma lamp, the oil can be applied to a napkin or added to a cup with hot water and placed on the radiator. The duration of the procedure is 15-30 min.
