How to Use

• Aromatherapy Bath: Mix 3–5 drops of the blend with 1–2 tablespoons of an emulsifier (e.g., honey or sea salt), dissolve in 0.5 liters of warm water, and pour into a filled bathtub. Soak for 10–20 minutes.

• Chest and Back Rub: Mix 2–3 drops of the oil with 1–2 tablespoons of honey or 10–15 ml of vodka warmed in a water bath. Rub thoroughly onto the chest, back, and neck before bedtime.
