Chanterelle is a unique mushroom due to the content of several polysaccharides in it, such as chinomannose, ergosterol, and trametonolinic acid. Chinomannose is a natural anthelmintic, so Chanterelle helps to easily remove any helminthic infestations.

Ergosterol is the second active substance of Chanterelles, which affects liver enzymes. Therefore, Chanterelles are useful for liver diseases.
