How to Use

Aroma lamp:

Mix 3–5 drops of the blend with 1–2 tablespoons of an emulsifier (sea salt or honey), dissolve in 0.5 liters of warm water, and add to your bath. Soak for 10–20 minutes.

Other applications:

• Add 1–2 drops to a scarf or handkerchief before going outdoors

• Place 2–3 drops on natural fabric and leave near your bed

• Use in an aroma pendant or aroma medallion (1–2 drops)
