Complaints and Returns
Before accepting a package, please ensure it has not been damaged during transit. If the packaging shows visible external damage, we recommend refusing delivery of the package and contacting us immediately.
After payment and receipt of the package, you may open it in the presence of the courier. If any discrepancies are found, a protocol should be drawn up, which can later serve as the basis for a complaint.
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014, customers have the right to cancel their purchase without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. Reimbursement is possible only if the goods have not been used or damaged in any way.
If you wish to return an item, you must inform the shop within 14 days by sending an email or a completed withdrawal statement to [email protected]. The goods must then be returned at your own expense, along with the invoice or receipt received with the purchase.
Your refund will be processed and returned to your account within 5 working days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
