How to Use

Runny nose:
Apply 2–3 drops into each nostril 3–4 times daily or gently lubricate the nasal mucosa. Use for no longer than 10 days.

Sinus care:
Perform sinus massage or inhalation by adding 2–3 drops to 100 ml of hot water (~90°C). Duration: 5–7 minutes.

Herpes (external use):
Apply a small amount using a cotton swab to the affected area.
