Cedar essential oil - eliminates nervous trembling, self-doubt, skin inflammation, acne. Promotes rapid regeneration and wound healing.

Obtained by hydrodistillation from wood shavings of various types of cedar. It has a light, fresh, woody and warm scent.

Action

• antiseptic, anti-allergic, astringent, rejuvenating;
• disinfects the skin with acne, increases its elasticity;
• relieves inflammation, irritation and itching of the skin with dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, fungal diseases;
• promotes healing of cracks in the skin and wounds;
• with oily hair prevents the formation of dandruff and hair loss;
• expectorant;
• soothing, restorative, warming;

• bronchitis, acute respiratory infections, cough;
• fear, anger, anxiety, insomnia.

How to use

Ideal for problematic skin, oily hair, hair loss and dandruff. The action of cedar oil is enhanced by the addition of essential oils of rosemary (1:1) or eucalyptus and orange (1:1:1).

• Enrichment of cosmetic products: 5 drops of cedar essential oil or a mixture with bergamot, cypress or neroli and rose essential oils, taken in equal proportions, mixed with one tablespoon of any vegetable oil (almond, peach, jojoba, grape seed, etc.) or selected creams. These compositions can be used for application for cracks in the skin and wounds, for the regulation of the emotional background and for acute respiratory diseases.
• Baths: in a filled bath (37-38°C) add 4-7 drops of cedar oil or one of the oil compositions previously mixed with 1 tablespoon of an emulsifier (honey, milk, sea or common salt). 
• Sauna: Add 5-10 drops of cedar oil or one of the oil compositions to a container with a small amount of hot water and put it on the top shelf of the steam room.
• Inhalation: hot (add 2-3 drops of essential oil to a container with hot water, inhale steam for 5-7 minutes), cold (apply 2-3 drops of essential oil on a napkin and inhale steam for 5-7 minutes), apply in acute respiratory diseases.
• Aromatization of the room: add 5-7 drops of cedar oil or one of the oil compositions to an oil burner filled with water and light a candle. 

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to cedar oil. Do not use with increased excitability of the nervous system, during pregnancy and simultaneously with chemotherapy.

Storage conditions
Store tightly closed at a temperature of +5 to +25°C, out of the reach of children.
