How to Use

Cosmetic enrichment:
Add 4–6 drops to 2 tablespoons of base product.

Massage:
Mix 40 drops with 100 ml of carrier oil (e.g. avocado, jojoba, grape seed).

Aromatherapy (oil burner):
Add 2–4 drops with water.

Compresses:
Mix 5–10 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Apply with a cloth to the desired area.

Rubbing:
Use 6 drops per 1 tablespoon of base oil.

Bath:
Mix 4–5 drops with an emulsifier (salt, soda, honey), then add to bath water.
