Suggested Use

1. Fill the bathtub with approximately 100 liters of warm water (36–38°C).

2. Add 100–150 ml of the concentrate and stir until fully dissolved.

3. Take a bath for 15–20 minutes.

4. For larger baths, increase the dose up to 200 ml.

Use 2–3 times per week as part of your body care routine.
