Suggested Use

Aromatherapy:
Add 3–5 drops diluted with water to an oil burner.

Inhalation:
Add 1–2 drops to hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale for 3–7 minutes (keep eyes closed).

Massage:
Dilute 3–5 drops in 10 ml of a base oil (e.g. almond, olive, or grape seed oil).

Bath:
Add 3–5 drops mixed with honey, milk, or salt to a warm bath (37–38°C). Use for 10–15 minutes.

Cosmetic use:
Mix 2–5 drops with 10–15 ml of cream, lotion, gel, or shampoo.
