How to Use

Massage:
Mix 4–5 drops with 1–2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g. almond, jojoba).

Bath:
Add 5–7 drops mixed with an emulsifier (milk, honey, salt). Duration: 10–15 minutes.

Aromatherapy (oil burner):
Add 5–6 drops with water.

Cosmetic enrichment:
Add 3–5 drops to 10–15 ml of base product.

Sauna:
Add 5–10 drops to a container with hot water.

Mouth rinse (external use):
Add 1 drop to a glass of warm water.
