How to Use
Inhalation:
Add 1–2 drops to hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale for 3–7 minutes (eyes closed).
Massage:

Add 4–7 drops mixed with an emulsifier (milk, honey, salt). Duration: 10–15 minutes.
Aromatherapy (oil burner):
Add 2–5 drops with water.
Cosmetic enrichment:
Add 7–10 drops to 10–15 ml of base product.
Sauna:
Add 5–7 drops to hot water.
Compatibility
