How to Use

Bath:
Dissolve 10–15 drops in alcohol, honey, or milk and add to a bath (37–38°C).

Inhalation:
Add 25–40 drops to 250–400 ml of hot water (75–80°C).
Inhale for 10–15 minutes (eyes closed).

Aromatherapy (oil burner):
Add 4–5 drops with water and use in an aroma lamp.
