How to Use

Massage:
Mix 15 drops of the blend with 50 g of vegetable oil.
Apply to chest, back, and neck twice daily (morning and evening).

Inhalation:
Add 5–10 drops to 1 liter of hot water (~90°C).
Inhale steam for 5–10 minutes, covering the head with a towel (eyes closed).
Repeat 2–3 times daily.

Aromatherapy (oil burner):
Use 2 drops per 5 m² of room space.
Dilute with water and use in an aroma lamp.
