How to Use

• Shake well before use.

• Prepare a solution in a separate container by mixing 1 tablespoon (10–15 ml) of emulsion with 2–4 liters of hot water.

• Pour the mixture into a full bath (150–200 liters).

• Recommended bath duration: 10–15 minutes at 37 °C, gradually increasing temperature.

• Treatment course: 10–17 baths, every other day. The emulsion dosage may be increased by 5 ml for subsequent baths but should never exceed 100 ml per bath.

• To avoid burns, apply petroleum jelly or greasy cream to underarms, intimate areas, and any skin scratches before bathing.

• Best performed before bedtime and at least 1.5 hours after eating. After bathing, wrap yourself in a towel and rest for 1.5–2 hours without wiping off.
