How to Use

• Aroma Lamp: Add 1–2 drops per 3 m² of space to water in the upper bowl of an oil burner. Burn for about 30 minutes.

• Cold Inhalation: Place 3–5 drops on a napkin. Slowly inhale 10–20 deep breaths followed by 5–7 short inhalations. Repeat 2–5 times with 1-minute intervals.

• Aromatherapy Bath: Mix 3–7 drops with 1 tbsp of honey, milk, or bath salt before adding to warm bathwater. Soak for 10–20 minutes.

• Aroma Shower: Add 2–3 drops to shower gel or mix 5–7 drops with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Apply to skin (except face and intimate areas), gently rub, and rinse.

• Sauna Use: Combine 5–10 drops with 1–2 tbsp of honey or salt and dissolve in 500 ml of water. Sprinkle over sauna stones or use to moisten benches and walls.

• Compress or Rub: Add 5 drops to 10–15 ml of fatty oil or vodka. Apply with a cloth as a compress or rub into the affected area.

• Massage: Mix 3–7 drops with 10–15 ml of base oil or massage cream.

• Cosmetic Enrichment: Add 3–5 drops to 1 tbsp of cosmetic product (e.g., cream, shampoo, or lotion).

Contraindications and Precautions

• For external use only. Avoid eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Do not use if sensitive to any of the ingredients.

• Not recommended during pregnancy or for those with severe allergies.

• Always test on a small area of skin before use.

Store in a tightly closed original bottle, away from sunlight and heat sources, at temperatures up to +25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
