Spirulina is a marine algae rich in protein, containing 18 amino acids, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, and vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K. Used in China for over 1000 years for its nutritional and healing properties, spirulina is valued in cosmetics for its moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and rejuvenating effects.

Usage Instructions

Face Mask:
Mix 20 g of spirulina powder with good-quality water (do not use distilled or demineralized water) to form a paste. Apply to cleansed face, décolleté, and neck. Leave for about 20 minutes, then rinse off. Use up to twice a week. Can also be mixed with yogurt or kefir.

Algae Bath:
Add 2 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) of spirulina to a warm bath and stir well. Enhance the bath with a few drops of high-quality essential oil if desired.

Firming and Anti-Cellulite Wraps:
Mix spirulina with water as for the face mask. Apply to target body areas (thighs, buttocks, hips, abdomen). Wrap tightly with plastic film and cover with a blanket. Leave for 20–30 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
