Description
INCI: Abies Sibirica Needle Oil.
Method of production: steam distillation of young Siberian fir buds.
Oleum Pichtae is a mobile liquid with a strong balsamic-lime-mint aroma and a turpentine-bitter taste, yellowish-greenish in colour or a colourless liquid.

INDICATIONS:
Fir oil is particularly indicated for upper respiratory tract infections. It prevents and supports the treatment of catarrh, cough, tonsillitis, flu and colds.
Has a strengthening and protective effect during periods of overexertion and weather changes. It exhibits strong anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties and aids the removal of toxins and dead cells from the body. Has an antiseptic and expectorant effect.
Fir oil has a salutary effect on long-standing ulcers, chronic rhinitis and spasmodic coughs. It has anti-scurvy, diuretic, purgative and generally strengthening properties. It increases immunity and improves metabolism.
HOW TO USE
AROMATERAPEUTIC OIL BURNER: 4 - 6 drops diluted with water.
INHALATION: Add 2 - 3 drops of oil to a pot of hot water, cover the head with a towel and inhale the vapour deeply over 3-7 minutes. Eyes must be closed.
MASSAGE OIL: dissolve 8 -10 drops of oil in 25ml of base oil (almond oil, soybean oil, olive oil and grapeseed oil).
BATH: add 6 - 7 drops of oil mixed with 1 tablespoon of honey, milk or salt to a filled bathtub (37-38 C). The duration of the treatment is 10 - 15 minutes.
COSMETIC ENHANCEMENT: mix 4 -8 drops of oil with 10-15 ml of cream, lotion, gel or shampoo.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Do not give to people who are allergic to the components of the oil, pregnant women, lactating women (during lactation). Do not give to children under 3 years of age.
Notes before use: in a minority of people, the oil causes an allergy. This manifests itself as a slight redness, which disappears within 2-3 days. For such patients the use of Pichtae oil is not recommended.
Before using natural oils for the first time, a sensitisation test should be performed. To do this, mix a drop of essential oil with a teaspoon of vegetable oil, rub it into the skin and leave it for 24 hours. If an allergic reaction is observed during this time, the oil should not be used.
Store in a tightly closed dark glass bottle at a temperature of -10 to 20 ° C out of the reach of children. Avoid sunlight.
It contains no colours, preservatives or artificial fragrances.
