Krok Med Foot Balm Against Heel Spurs, 75ml

Plantar fasciitis, or heel spur, is the result of microtrauma that leads to inflammation of the plantar fascia (connective tissue attached to the calcaneus at one end and the other to the toes, and provides stabilization of the foot arch). The reason may be an increased tension on feet: flat feet, long walking, carrying weights. Frequent inflammation of the plantar fascia can provoke the growth of the calcaneus in a form of a heel pain, which increases the soft tissue injuries on the foot and decreases pain when walking. Balm KROK MED Heel Spur reduces discomfort feelings and facilitates walking.

PROPERTIES:

SUGGESTED USE:

Apply the balm on the inflamed foot skin 2-3 times a day, preferably pre-steam in a saline solution (up to 10 minutes). Repeat the procedure daily until a positive result occurs. Recommended to wear cotton socks after the evening procedure. It is better to combine KROK MED Heel Spur with special exercises and orthopedic insoles.
