• Massage: Combine 6–7 drops of spruce oil or blends with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (jojoba, almond, peach, grape seed) or cream.

• Baths: Add 6–7 drops of spruce oil or blends mixed with 1 tablespoon of emulsifier (milk, honey, sea or table salt) to a warm bath (37–38 °C). Soak for 10–20 minutes.

• Foot Baths: Add 2–3 drops of spruce oil or blends to 5–7 liters of warm water for refreshing foot soaks.

• Room Aromatization: Add 4–6 drops of spruce oil or blends to an aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle. Alternatively, apply the oil to a napkin or a cup of hot water placed near a radiator.
