What lives within us?
The intestinal microflora of a healthy human includes approximately 100 trillion (!) beneficial microorganisms (bacteria, fungi and even viruses), by number exceeding 10 times the total number of cells in the human body.

The acacia fibre used in DuoLife Clinical Formula ProBactilardii® belongs to the soluble fibre fraction. It stimulates the development of natural intestinal microflora, promotes optimal functions of the digestive tract, supports intestinal peristalsis, regulating bowel movements and preventing flatulence and chronic constipation.
POSTBIOTICS are defined as the combination of all bioactive ingredients produced by bacteria, e.g. during fermentation, which are beneficial when introduced into the human body. The butyric acid used in DuoLife Clinical Formula ProBactilardii® has been shown to have beneficial effects in supporting digestive and immune function. It is naturally biosynthesized in the large intestine and its supplementation can support the effects of butyric acid synthesized in the intestines. Butyric acid promotes the optimal condition of the intestines, supports the intestinal barrier functions, intestinal peristalsis, nourishes intestinal epithelial cells, can support the body's fight against local inflammation in the intestine.
Proprietary Bactilardii® formula
4 strains of live, freeze-dried, selected and branded bacterial strains (Bifidobacterium bifidum Rosell® R0071, Bifidobacterium longum Rosell® R0175, Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell® R0052 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus Rosell® R0011) in DuoLife proprietary proportions plus 1 billion yeast strains (Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-1079).
Concentrated formula
Concentrated formula - the total amount of microorganisms is 9 billion CFU = 9x109 CFU (CFU = colony-forming unit) of LIVE freeze-dried bacteria and yeast cultures GUARANTEED in the formula AT THE END OF THE PRODUCT'S SHELF LIFE. The concentrated dose provides convenient use, usually 1 time per day both capsules combined.

Natural ingredients

The quantity of live micro-organisms is guaranteed until the expiry date of the product, provided that the storage conditions indicated on the label are complied with.
Directions for use:
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 capsule from each container per day to be washed down with cool water. The combined use involves 2 capsules taken simultaneously – the synbiotic in the first capsule and the postbiotic in the second capsule. If necessary, the use of each capsule may be increased to twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily dose. Children aged 7 to 12: the product (both capsules) can be used upon prior consultation with a doctor.
Children aged 3 to 7 and pregnant or breast-feeding women: using the synbiotic capsules should be consulted with a doctor. The use of postbiotic capsules is not recommended. The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age.
The capsules are only intended for children who can swallow a capsule. In children who cannot swallow the capsule, the contents of the capsule can be poured out and given on a teaspoon, or additionally dissolved in a small amount of water and taken immediately after preparation.
For antibiotic therapy, it is recommended to use the preparation during the period of taking antibiotic, preferably 1 hour after taking the medicine. It is also recommended to continue to take the supplement for 7-10 days following the end of the antibiotic therapy.
For travels abroad, especially to exotic countries and tropical areas, use the preparation 5 days before departure, for the entire stay, and 5 days after returning from abroad.
The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are the basis for proper functioning of human body.
Storage:
Store at room temperature (20-25°C), keep out of the reach of children. It does not require refrigeration.
Precautions: hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients. Postbiotic capsules should not be used in children under 7 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use the product in children under 3 years of age.
