Clinical studies confirmed that Chrono Chardy induces COL1A1 mRNA expression in skin fibroblasts at night, stimulating collagen synthesis and reducing wrinkle formation.

Usage in Cosmetics

Recommended concentration: 0.5–2%
Ideal for mature skin formulations such as creams, serums, and lotions.

A simple tested formulation is 2–5 g of Chrono Chardy per 50 g of cream base; the higher range exceeds the recommended concentration but showed no adverse effects in trials.
