Composition

INCI Ingredients:

• Citrus Limon Fruit Oil (Lemon Oil)

• Citrus Sinensis Peel Oil Expressed (Sweet Orange Oil)

• Lavandula Angustifolia Oil (Lavender Oil)

How to Use

• Oil Burner: Add 2–6 tablespoons of warm water to the bowl of an oil burner, then add a few drops of the blend. Place a tealight underneath and let the scent diffuse.

• Aromatherapy Bath: Mix 3–5 drops of the blend with 1–2 tablespoons of sea salt, honey, or milk. Dissolve in 0.5 liters of warm water, then pour into your bath. Soak for 10–20 minutes.

• Massage: Add 3–7 drops of the blend to 10–15 ml of massage oil or cream. Use in gentle circular movements to relax the body and calm the mind.
