• after diluting with water to a concentration of 5-20% (concentrations above 5% at your own risk), in the form of a mist on the skin, preferably just before applying the cream, olive, lotion, etc.,
• as an addition to cream bases, etc. (keeping the concentration up to 0.5-5% and stirring at a temperature of up to 34 degrees),
• in the form of an emulsion after combining with a cosmetic oil, e.g. argan or jojoba oil.

The contraindication to the use of the product are kidney diseases, allergy to fish protein, as well as diseases from the group of halogenoses!
