Eliminates the threat
VACO medical device The agent for safe removal of ticks is designed to remove a tick from the human body by freezing it completely, which allows to prevent the appearance of tick-borne diseases in humans caused by a tick bite carrying germs such as diseases such as Lyme disease, tick-borne encephalitis, Babesiosis.
The way the product works
Standard, mechanical methods of removing ticks from human skin may pose a threat to humans of contracting diseases the ticks may be a carrier of. This risk is caused by the release by an irritated tick during its mechanical extraction, of internal substances containing various types of harmful microorganisms, bacteria. Therefore, simply removing a tick does not protect a person from the potentially negative effects of a bite. For this reason, it became necessary to develop a method that would inhibit the tick's gag reflex during its extraction and thus protect humans against the effects of infection.
