1. Return Policy – 14 Days Shop knowing that your order is backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee. All Returns must be received as shipped - original packaging, manuals est. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Please Note: All returns MUST Be In Original Packaging And In A Brand New Condition. We will make your experience as simple and satisfying as possible We will pay the return shipping cost and wave the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for any shipment cost in returning an item. 

2.  Special note about expiration dates. Please remember, that expiration formats are different in different countries.Many items imported from Ukraine have a produced date stated on tube/package and there is a special note about shelf life, like 24 months for example. In this case, the date you see on tube/package is not an expiration date but the produced date. As a responsible seller we strive to provide you with the best service possible and we always keep an eye on expiration dates and never sell expired products.

3. I've received an incorrect item, what should I do?

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us and we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse.

4. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses SSL certificate for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway.

5. How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Orders are despatched within 1 working days after payment confirmation. 

6. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

7. How do I track my orders?

8. I would like to change my order. What should I do?

9. How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order reference number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.

10. Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?

It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. 

11. Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order requirement. Delivery charges will remain as specified.
