How to Use

Massage:
Mix 1 drop with 1–2 tablespoons of carrier oil (e.g. almond, jojoba).

Bath:
Add 4–5 drops mixed with an emulsifier (milk, honey, salt). Duration: 10–20 minutes.

Aromatherapy (oil burner):
Add 1–4 drops with water.

Cosmetic enrichment:
Add 1–2 drops to 10 g of cream or 10 ml of lotion.

Compresses / applications:
Mix 4–10 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil and apply to the desired area.

Compatibility

Blends well with: rosemary, lavender, pine, orange essential oil.
